For all services conducted at your residence, there is a base fee starting at £135 for properties with up to two storeys, and a minimum charge of £225 for properties with three storeys or more. We ensure that a comprehensive job price is agreed upon before initiating any tasks. Our quotation services for home-related projects are provided at no cost (*).
(* Please note that this exclusion applies to quotations offered for properties undergoing evaluation for purchase or sale valuation. In such instances, a nominal fee will be applicable, which will be reimbursed upon confirmation of work.)
